We are a value driven organisation, where working in partnership with our clients is our first priority, delivering a high quality, personal service to those in need of advice, treatment and rehabilitation with their injury or training.
AR Sports therapy strives to deliver a service that is always underpinned by the following values:

Integrity – We are honest, fair and ethical with all aspects of our service.

Passion – We are committed and passionate about providing great care to those in need.

Quality – We keep it simple and we ensure we do it well.

Respect – We have respect for everyone and their point of view.

Impact – We believe that every encounter should make a difference and positively impact lives.

Our core mission is to meet the needs of all that we work with to help minimise physical restraints and to maximise function. This is achieved through high quality client focused, evidence-based practice, and rehabilitation solutions to support clients on their road to recovery and physical fitness goals.

We see evidence-based practice and functional movement central to the destination of being pain free and healthy. We believe in root cause analysis to ensure that we are not only treating the client’s current aches, pains and injuries but identifying and correcting the cause of these. Therefore, we believe that movement and exercise rehabilitation are crucial aspects to the recovery plan to ensure our clients spend as little time as possible on the mend.

Sports Therapy is a science-based profession regarding an aspect of healthcare that is concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
Sports therapy can be used to treat any acute or chronic condition affecting muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves anywhere in the body. It doesn't matter what the cause, trauma, age related degenerative changes, arthritis, bad posture, sport etc - all ages can benefit from treatment and advice.
